High-quality PRP tubes for first-class results!

"Safe, quick and easy: the most efficient method for obtaining high-purity and autologous plasma!"

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) tubes are medical devices used to generate a high concentration of platelets in a small amount of plasma. The PRP obtained contains numerous growth factors and is used in various medical fields, particularly in regenerative and aesthetic medicine.

Description

Density Platelet Gel PRP Tubes is a new generation product manufactured with advanced technology to improve the quality and efficiency of their use. They are all CE marked.

Density Platelet Gel fulfills all essential requirements according to Annex I of Directive 93/42/EEC and its amendments for medical devices (Directive 2007/47/EC). The product is classified as Class IIA. This underlines our commitment to the highest quality standards and safety of our products. Density Platelet Gel is designed, manufactured and marketed in accordance with the technical specifications in the product technical dossier, using a quality management system that complies with the UNI EN ISO 9001 and 13485 standards and the CE marking procedure in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC.

Approximately 4 / 5 ml of PRP can be obtained in each PRP tube.

Density Platelet Gel

Density Platelet Gel is a modular medical product that is used to produce platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

It has the following properties:

  • Pre-labeled tubes with red cap containing anticoagulant; Each tube holds 9 ml of blood and has a pre-calibrated vacuum for a ~9 ml blood sample.

Density PRP/CGF tubes | without anticoagulants

The PRP tubes are produced without the use of separating gel and citrate as an anticoagulant. This allows the amount of PRP obtained per tube to be increased by at least 10 % and at the same time optimizes the effect of PRP therapy. As the tubes contain no additives, they can be used with or without anticoagulant depending on the application, making them more versatile than tubes with citrate.

These tubes can be used, for example, to produce plasma gels for the popular Unicorn method or autologous fillers as an alternative to Botox and hyaluronic acid. Instead of citrate, we use heparin in our plain PRP tubes.

It has been shown that heparin provides a higher yield of platelets than sodium citrate. Platelets require calcium ions for degranulation, which are bound by citrates. Heparin, on the other hand, inhibits antithrombin III and therefore has no effect on the platelets.

Density Platelet Gel - PRP tubes are not made of plastic and do not contain micronized silicone!

The composition is optimally balanced to achieve maximum biological effect. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is also known as platelet autologous platelet gel, growth factor-rich plasma (PRGF) or platelet concentrate (PC). It is essentially an increase in the concentration of autologous platelets contained in a small amount of plasma after centrifugation of the patient's blood.

The PRP tubes are available in the following vacuum capacities: 9ml.

Density Platelet Gel PRP tubes without anticoagulant and separating gel offer several advantages:

  • Flexibility: Without solid anticoagulants or release agents, these tubes can be used with different anticoagulants as required. This allows physicians to choose the anticoagulant according to the specific application.
  • Increased PRP yield: The use of tubes without separating gel can lead to a higher yield of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Separating gel can form a barrier between the plasma and the other blood components, which can reduce the amount of PRP collected. Without this barrier, more PRP can be collected.
  • Improved mechanism of action: Some studies suggest that the absence of anticoagulants such as citrate may improve the mechanism of action of PRP therapy. Citrate binds calcium ions, which are necessary for platelet activation. Without citrate, platelets can be more active and effective.
  • Greater variety of applications: As the tubes are manufactured without additives, they can be used for applications that are not possible with citrate-based tubes. This expands the range of applications for PRP in medical practice.

Fields of application

PRP tubes without anticoagulants offer great flexibility and can be used in a variety of medical applications. Here are some examples:

Orthopaedics and sports medicine

PRP is often used to treat musculoskeletal injuries such as tendon injuries, arthritis or muscle injuries. In some cases, it may be beneficial to use PRP without anticoagulants to promote a stronger response from the body and better healing.

Aesthetic medicine and dermatology

In aesthetic medicine and dermatology, PRP is often used to improve the appearance of the skin and to treat hair loss. Tubes without anticoagulants can enable greater activation of the blood platelets, which can lead to better results.

Dentistry

PRP can also be used in dentistry, for example to promote healing after tooth extractions or implant operations. In some cases, the use of PRP without anticoagulants can be beneficial.

Production of autologous fillers

PRP tubes without anticoagulants can be used to produce autologous fillers as a natural alternative to Botox or hyaluronic acid. These fillers can be used for skin rejuvenation and wrinkle treatment.

GENERAL MEDICINE, GERIATRICS, DIABETOLOGY, HEMATOLOGY, GENERAL SURGERY, DERMATOLOGY, RADIOTHERAPY

are specialist areas in which acute or chronic, primary or secondary ulcers or wounds can be therapeutically supported by the use of thrombocyte gel.

Precautionary measures

The Density Platelet Gel PRP tube is a medical device that should only be used by qualified professionals and can only be used safely under certain conditions.

It should be used with particular caution in patients suffering from acute or chronic infections, uncontrolled metabolic diseases such as diabetes, osteomalacia or thyroid dysfunction, severe kidney or liver disease, autoimmune diseases or radiotherapy. Patients with congenital or acquired functional platelet defects may release fewer growth factors, making it difficult to obtain a platelet-rich concentrate for clinical use.

Platelet-derived growth factors can stimulate cell proliferation. The use of the platelet gel is contraindicated in suspected malignant degenerative lesions and it should only be introduced into vital tissue and in direct contact with the tissue (if necessary, through micro-openings on the surface of the tissue) to ensure tissue regeneration.

Features
Risk class IIa, without anticoagulant and separating gel. Approximately 4 / 4.5 ml of PRP can be obtained in each PRP tube.
