OPERATIONAL PHASE BLOOD S AMPLE AND COLLECTION

  1. Collect the patient's blood using the components in envelope n. l
  2. Gently invert the tu bes 3-4 times immediately after sampling to avoid the formation of microclots.
  3. Carefully insert the tu bes into the centrifuge so that they are correctly opposed and balanced in the centrifuge.
  4. Set the centrifuge with the following parameters: 1200 RCF (g) or 3400 RPM for 7 minutes for angle or inclined rotor centrifuges.
