Slimming Lipolytic aims to reduce the number of localized fats. Fat cells often deposit in greater numbers in certain areas of the body, resulting in localized obesity: that is, an excessive and inhomogeneous accumulation of fat.

Phosphatidylcholine is an important component of cell membranes and lipoproteins. Phosphatidylcholine-based treatments that directly target the small deposits of stubborn fat cause the breakdown of lipids (lipolysis). They can therefore be used as an alternative to more invasive techniques such as liposuction.

Lipolysis is a body contouring procedure that targets localized areas of fat that cannot be reached through exercise and diet.

Lipolysis using phosphatidylcholine is indicated to reduce small and well-localized fat deposits on the face and body, such as the double chin or knees.

APPLICATION TIPS

The preparation is injected subcutaneously where the fatty tissue is located. Depending on the area, 1 to 1.5 cm. It is important to check the area exactly (pinch test/skin fold). As a general rule, one ampoule of 5ml should be distributed over an area of 8 x 10 cm at cm2 intervals. Draw a grid so that the active substance can be distributed evenly, e.g. on the abdomen.

Distributor plates are suitable for this purpose.

Another technique works with blunt tip cannulas. The active ingredient is applied retrograde and in a fan.

The maximum amount per session is 4 x 5 ml.

Start the first treatment gently, here we recommend to start with max. 2 x 5 ml (abdomen). The amount depends on the area, as it varies in size and fat percentage (belly/double chin etc.).

The first treatment provides information about the tolerance or how well the product works. After 2-4 weeks then the next treatment.

Sensitivity to pressure, swelling, itching etc. are normal reactions during the first week. The fat cells are broken down via the blood vessels.

Can I lose weight with the lipolysis injection?

Lipolysis injection is not for weight loss, it is to reduce fat deposits such as "double chin" or abdomen.

What is the main advantage of injection lipolysis?

Injectable lipolysis works well in areas that cannot be reduced by diet or exercise. Elaborate pre- or post-operative procedures are not required. Your ability to work and your usual activities are not affected. After treatment of facial areas, you may need to change makeup or work clothes if significant swelling develops. Since no surgery is required, there is no anesthesia, no scarring and no downtime. The procedure is low risk and the product is well tolerated. However, only small problem areas can be removed. However, weight reduction is not possible with it.

How do I decide if injection lipolysis or liposuction is right for me?

In most cases, 1-4 sessions at intervals of 4-8 weeks are sufficient. It depends on the treated area.

Injection lipolysis is considered an aesthetic therapy and in most cases is not covered by health insurance.

What do I have to pay attention to after the therapy?

Move a lot and drink plenty of fluids. A high oxygen supply during physical activity increases the metabolic rate and thus the reduction of fat deposits. No sauna or massage for 3 days after the treatment.

For whom is the treatment not suitable?

The treatment is not suitable and in any case should not be used on minors or children, pregnant women and nursing mothers

What complication can occur?

After the injection, small bruises or slight swellings may form in the area of the injection site, but these disappear quickly and can be easily covered with make-up

Mild pain can be treated with a cooling pad and possibly painkillers and is also temporary. Rarely, there is a feeling of pressure or numbness at the injection sites for a few weeks, which also disappears on its own.
