Plasma / PRP Thermostat for the production of filler material.

Plasma filler: plasma gel for skin rejuvenation.

Plasma filling is a technique in which heated platelet-rich autoplasm is injected into the areas of nasolabial folds, horizontal chin wrinkles and earlobes. The effect of "wrinkle filler" lasts from 3 weeks to 2 months, is safe for patients, does not cause allergic reactions or severe swelling.

Obtaining plasma gel: platelet autoplasm is obtained by PRP technology, plasma is taken with a normal syringe (we recommend using a three-component syringe LuerLock system for 2-2.5 ml), then put the syringe without the needle in a special thermostat for 12 minutes. After heating, a plasma gel is formed in the syringe, which should be administered through a cannula 23-25 G, length 5-7 cm. The finished product is injected in linear technique (area of nasolabial folds, deep chin wrinkles), in bolus technique (earlobe area, chin wrinkle) and in fan technique. After the injection, a light massage with low intensity is required. Re-injection of the drug is allowed after 2 weeks.
This treatment allows correction of volume changes in the lower third of the face to achieve a "natural look" and is also suitable for patients who are allergic to hyaluronic acid. Plasmofilling and PRP can be performed in a single procedure, allowing for "stereo facial rejuvenation."

Plasma gel (plasma filler) is a new technology in which heated, platelet-rich autoplasm is injected into areas of the nasolabial folds, horizontal chin wrinkles and earlobes. This method is best combined with PRP for facial rejuvenation.

The procedure is safe for patients, does not cause allergic reactions or severe swelling.

Obtaining plasmogel: Platelet autoplasm is obtained by the physician using the PRP technique. The blood is then drawn into a syringe without a needle and placed in a thermostat. After heating in a syringe, plasmogel is formed, which is injected into the area of the nasolabial folds, into a deep chin crease, using a linear technique. The bolus technique is used in the following areas: earlobe area, chin crease.
