When is the bulk pack worth it?

Anyone using the EPN regularly gets through at least one head per treatment. A pack of 24 therefore covers several weeks of treatments without reordering in between, and the price per head is lower than in the single pack.

Functionally the head is identical to the single item: nine electrode needles perform the micro-puncture and transmit the pulses of the electroporation function. Needle depth, speed and intensity are set by the user on the device, following the operating instructions and the treatment protocol.

Not universal: The heads fit the EPN Needling Pen only. Enpitsu and other pen models use a different mount. Check the device designation before ordering.

Handling in daily practice

Open blisters one at a timeOnly take out the head you are about to use. Sort out damaged blisters and expired stock.
Fit it to the EPN deviceMount the head on the compatible EPN Needling Pen as described in the operating instructions and check that it is seated firmly before starting.
Dispose of it after treatmentEach head is intended for one application. Do not reprocess or re-sterilise; dispose of it in the container for sharp or contaminated instruments.

Frequently asked questions

How many treatments does one pack cover?

That depends on the protocol. Since every head is used only once, one pack corresponds to at least 24 applications.

Are the 24 heads packed individually?

Yes. Each head comes in its own sterile blister. Do not use opened or damaged blisters.

Do the heads fit other needling pens?

No. They are intended exclusively for the EPN Needling Pen; Enpitsu and other models have different mounts.

Is the device included in the pack?

No. What is supplied are 24 replacement heads without a device. The EPN Needling Pen is available separately.

Are the heads also available singly?

Yes. For occasional use there is the replacement head as a single item.
