Use

Apply the tourniquet above the intended puncture site to make the vein temporarily more visible or palpable. Use venous constriction only for the required duration and release it promptly afterwards.

Cleaning and reuse

The tourniquet may be reused after suitable low-temperature ozone disinfection. Cleaning and disinfection must follow the hygiene requirements of the respective facility and the product-specific instructions.

Important information

  • High temperatures may deform the product. Do not use unsuitable thermal processing methods.
  • Do not use on patients with obvious ischemia or severe contusions or injuries to the distal extremities of the upper limbs.
  • Before each use, inspect for visible damage, deformation or malfunction. Do not continue using damaged or deformed products.
