Chemical peeling for sensitive skin against rosacea, couperose and inflammation.

DERMIDA® Matrixpeel™ is a chemical peel with arginine HCL, lactic acid and allantoin, intended for the treatment of rosacea and couperose, but also for thin and sensitive skin.

It is used in the periorbital and perioral area and is ideal for skin prone to hypersensitivity reactions, inflammation or allergies. The exfoliating complex instantly moisturizes the skin. Improves the firmness and elasticity of the skin and neutralizes the action of free radicals.

A simple application with a brush is of course also possible without the additional penetration effect of the NeedlingPen.

Anti-Rosacea Peeling

One box contains 5 sterile ampoules with a septum for piercing. One ampoule is enough for one treatment. For the first withdrawal, a sterile withdrawal syringe with cannula is supplied free of charge.

Effect of the anti-rosacea peeling

DERMIDA® Matrixpeel™ Anti-Rosacea consists of carefully selected components. Arginine is an effective agent for skin repair. Accelerates healing, relieves inflammation, improves skin microcirculation and increases collagen production. Strengthens the vascular wall while minimizing couperose.

Lactic acid cleanses the skin, moisturizes and stimulates collagen synthesis. Aloe leaf juice is an emollient, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, moisturizing and healing agent for the skin. By stimulating fibroblasts, it acts as an anti-aging agent and supports collagen biosynthesis. Allantoin gently exfoliates and leaves skin smooth and soft. Promotes healing of the skin and restores its barrier properties.

Hydrates the skin, increases moisture content in the deep layers and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Matrixpeel™: next generation anti-rosacea peel

Matrixpeel™ is a patented, multi-step treatment system developed by DERMIDA® to improve the efficacy, safety and application options of chemical or fruit acid peels, which means that a wide range of skin conditions can be treated. Unlike conventional peels, the Matrixpeel™ uses a so-called nanopeeling (light microdermabrasion) in an earlier step to remove keratinization, adjust the texture of the skin and make the subsequent peel look more even.

First, the actual peel is applied and then epidermally incorporated with a nano-needle head to increase penetration and effectiveness. Cell renewal can be activated much more than with conventional methods.

APPLICATION TIPS

CLEANSING

Gently but thoroughly cleanses the skin to remove makeup residue and other cosmetic products.

DEGREASING

Now use a special pre-peel degreasing solution to remove excess oil (sebum) and sebum. You can use a cotton pad to spread it evenly.

NANOPEELING

Before the fruit acid peel, perform a nanopeeel with your NeedlingPen. To do this, use a nano-needling head and set the device to the highest speed setting. Instead of circular movements, move linearly twice over each area of skin, which evens out the texture of the skin and eliminates bumps, calluses and flaky skin, making the subsequent peel more homogeneous.

ANTI-ROSAZEA PEELING

This is followed by anti-rosacea peeling for cell renewal and treatment of indications. To do this, cover the eyes with a pad and protect sensitive areas with petroleum jelly. Remove the glycolic acid with the extraction syringe provided, remove the cannula and now perform the peeling very quickly with the fan or mask brush.

Leave on for between 3 and 10 minutes, depending on the desired effect. To enhance the effect of the peeling and improve penetration, work with the nano-needle head and circular movements. Apply a total of 3 layers. soak them for 9 minutes.

NEUTRALIZATION

Wipe off excess fruit acid with a cotton pad. Then use the post-peel solution and apply it. It stops the peeling process and restores the natural pH of the skin. Now leave on for 1 to 4 minutes and then remove with clear water.

BOOSTER (OPTIONAL)

After that, sterile and gentle ampoules can be used, which serve the purpose of the treatment. This step should be skipped for sensitive skin or deep peels.

AFTERCARE

Use a soothing, anti-inflammatory after-treatment that calms the skin. Especially recommended is a cream or mask with aloe vera.

SUN PROTECTION

Very important! The peeling effect temporarily reduces the horny layer and the protective function of the skin, increasing its sensitivity to light.

Especially with regular use of a fruit acid or chemical peel, direct UV radiation from sunlight should be avoided. Creams or serums with sun protection factor 50 are mandatory, also in the days after the treatment.
