What criteria should be used to select skin care products at different ages and why not use skin care products labeled AntiAge if you are 20 years or older?

The natural aging process begins in your 20s, and while it will be a while before you see the first signs of maturity, it's time to start taking preventative measures now. Skin at this age needs antioxidant support and intense hydration. Starting at age 25, it's worth adding an eye moisturizer to your beauty routine. Young skin makes the best use of its own resources and is capable of renewing itself, so moisturizing and cleansing regularly is enough.

At the age of 30+, the body's synthesis of hyaluronic acid, collagen and other elements necessary for maintaining skin density, firmness and elasticity is already significantly reduced. From the age of 35, age-related changes become visible: fine lines and wrinkles, dryness wrinkles, the skin loses tone. It is recommended to increase antioxidant support, add UV protection, and incorporate hyaluronic acid and collagen-based anti-aging formulas into your beauty routine.
